Timaeus asked me how I changed the NaviCust colors in my patch, so I searched for the offsets of the palettes. Here they are: - Falzar Values Blocks over NaviCust Window palette offsets: 001366B6, 001366C6 NaviCust Window palette offsets: 006D3D04, 006D3D06 - Gregar Values Blocks over NaviCust Window palette offsets: 00138492, 001384A2 NaviCust Window palette offsets: 006D1C88, 006D1C8A And here is a Mini Guide for searching for the palette in the japanese versions: You can't do this with APE. Use GM's Simple Pal Editor (SPE) I suggest to only have 5 colours over the NaviCust window, to make searching easier. Make sure the cursor is on the NaviCust window. Save Background Palette, open .PAL file , scroll to 006D0000 and search for: Color Offset: 67 num colors: 3 Change the 2 colours found there. (Crosses on picture) ![]() Now scroll to 00130000 in the SPE and search for this using the same .PAL file: Color Offset: 191 num colors: 1 If you see a darkblue, white, yellow, pink, red, blue, green and the same colour you have searched for, then edit them! (Crosses on picture) ![]() Now you can freely change the NaviCust colours! Edited by Zieldak, May 6 2012, 11:29 AM.
