I think some of you people know that in the Japanese MMBN6, there is a feature were you can use cards that are sold separately by using card E-reader to customize megaman. And so I wanted to introduce you on how to do it on emulator because I thought using this will make online battle be more fun and fair since it was officially made by capcom. These cards are called custom cards(改造カード) and there are over 100 different varieties of it. There is a famous video (for MMBN) uploaded about a official MMBN6 contest using those cards and you can see an example of what those cards would do to megaman. The rules of Custom Cards(改造カード)
Spoiler: click to toggle Each card contains limits and sometimes delimits that will customize megaman and shows number of mega bites that are needed for the use of the card (not the real MB but in the game). You can use as many cards as you want as long as the mega bites don稚 go over 80MB. I will be explaining the further rules with the examples of the cards:
キャノーダム(the green cannon virus that appears on the first stage of MMBN1~4) MB:10 Limits: Atk+1, charge shot mega cannon Delimits: HP-40
ビーストマン(beast man) MB:33 Limits:rpd+4,Undershirt, Rush support, Charge shot step sword Delimits: Only able to move to the edge
チャージマン(chargeman) MB:31 Limits:Atk+3,Charge+4, Bug fix of only being able to move to the edge Delimits: Normal charge shot
電脳獣グレイガ(Grega) MB:70 Limits:HP+600,Atk+4,Rpd+4,Super armor Delimits: HP bug during custom
Examples of combination If I chose only the キャノーダム(cannon) the ability I値l get is Atk+1, charge shot mega cannon and delimit of HP-40. I値l have 70MB left for me to use. If I chose another card such as 電脳獣グレイガ(Grega) then I値l have a total of HP+540,Atk+5,Rpd+4,Super armor, charge shot mega cannon, and a delimit of HP bug during custom and have 80MB in total which means that I cannot add any more cards. If(so many ifs) I chose キャノーダム(cannon) and ビーストマン(beast man) in that order I would have atk+1,rpd+4,Undershirt, Rush support, Charge shot step sword and delimit of only being able to move to the edge and HP-40 with the left MB of 37. But If I chose キャノーダム(cannon) after ビーストマン(beast man), then I would get a charge shot of mega cannon instead of step sword. This means that the card that is chosen after will have the top priority of the status. If I chose キャノーダム(cannon) and チャージマン(chargeman), the status would be Limits of atk+4,charge+4 and delimits of HP-40 and the charge shot of mega cannon would be erased by the card チャージマン(chargeman) with the left MB of 39. This will still be the same even if you put the card afterwards because delimits apply for every cards.

Can someone tell me how to put this list in a file so that I can share with you guys? I originally done this in Microsoft word 2003 but when I copied and pasted it to this form the columns that I've been using was gone and I think it's hard for you guys to see them.
How to use them on the emulator
Spoiler: click to toggle What you will need: -Japanese version of MMBN6 game -VBA -*Download the save data editor: http://www.arcenserv.info/download/exe6-savedataeditor/And download the ver 2.0β version. * note that you must have more newer version than Microsoft Windows XP Home/Pro SP2 and you also must have Microsoft .NET Framework ver2.0 or newer in order to use this program but most of you might not need to download the NET Framework. BE AWARE THAT THERE MIGHT ALWAYS BE A CASE WERE YOUR SAVE DATA MIGHT BE ERASED BY THE USE OF IT so it is better for you to duplicate them before you do so. -Save data of Japanese ver MMBN on the format of either .sav for .xps. If you don稚 want to start from the beginning you can get the completed save data by downloading them here: http://www.cyber-blast.com/modules/save/index.php?content_id=11Steps: Scroll down and go to ロックマンエグゼ6 電脳獣グレイガ and download the No.2 of the save data if you are to chose the Grega version(.xps) and ロックマンエグゼ6 電脳獣ファルザー No.2 for the Falzar version (.sav). The steps 1.Open the EXE6 save data editor 2.Go to Files(ファイル)and choose Open(開く) 3.Select the Japanese MMBN6 save data(.sav or .xps) you want to modify. So far the screen should show the amount of money, how long you have played, the chips you have, and etc on the Sava data editor. 4.Click on others (その他) and around at the right you should see a word 改造カード written in blue. That痴 the custom card section that you want to edit 5.In the custom card (改造カード)section you should see that there are two sections with ← and → in between. The left section shows the Custom card that you have in the game and on the right it shows the list of cards that you can import to the game. By clicking the cards that you have on the left section you should see that the name of the card will turn blue. By pressing the → button you can erase the card that you have selected. The check marks in the left next to those cards indicate if the card is ON or OFF in the game. But you can do the same in the game so it doesn稚 matter much. 6.By clicking the cards on the right section you can import the card to the game by pressing the ← mark. As I explained on the rules the card that is chosen later will have the top priority than the cards before so as the cards that are chosen at the bottom will have a greater priority than the top. The list of the effects of each custom cards are written in the List of custom cards section. You can import as much card as you can but I think you shouldn稚 put too much incase of a bug. 7.To save the edited save file go to files(ファイル)and click on overwrite(上書き保存)and to quit go to files(ファイル)and choose end(終了) 8.Open the game with the edited save file and you should have the custom cards input inside the game. 9.To check your custom cards in the game Press start and go to megaman(ロックマン),press right twice and press A. This should show you the list of cards you put and you can also choose to activate or deactivate the card by pressing ON or OFF to the card. On the selection of two choices ON and OFF there is a button erase(けす)but do not press that otherwise you would erase all of the cards you have in the game and not only the card that you chose to erase(けす). This is due to bug problems that are caused when modifying but no can do. When using this code, you can put as many cards as you want even if it exceeds 80MBs since this was not officially done but the official rule is to not to exceed 80 so if you are fighting against players be sure that your custom cards don稚 go over it.
Rules when battling
Spoiler: click to toggle Although this custom card is an official system it can sometimes be unfair to use these cards so I made a list of what you cannot do in the game and most of these rules are based on the official tournament rules also.
Do not -Use Darkshadow(ダークシャドー)or momoguran(モモグラン) -Use a bug(real bug) that makes the ACS effect occur at the rate of 100% (Most of the ACS effects don稚 occut your at the rate of 100% but can do so use the ACS if it occurs at the rate of 100% in the first place. I don稚 know how this occurs but I think these things happen when you combine ACS freeze and ACS paralyze) -Go over 80MB -Make HP to be over 2800. (when there痴 a inflation in the HP too much, it can sometimes be unfair)
It would be very helpful if you would ask some questions about this because I know that with this much sentence and my lack of English skills there has to be mistakes or questions about this. On the rules when battling if you have any suggestions or opinions about what we should put please say so.

Appreciate the work but Rockman PM already did the E-Reader card info before you, and much more oganized. And here's for people who prefer using codes over save modification.
I've actually done some E-Reader battles before, they're my favorite way to PvP. This is the reason the 80MB limit is there.

@mega rock.exe I was thinking what I should do when translating to either just turn it to a romaji, to tanslate by using the dictionary or to use the offically used words in CAPCOM. This is because some people at this form use words that are made with romaji like ryuusei no rockman or words translated by using a dictionary that is shooting star rockman or Megaman starforce that the english CAPCOM offically uses as the name. I didn't know what to do so I just translated the word タップマン to Romaji(Tappu man) then translated to the word that would fit as an English word which ended up to be Tap man. But it's name is acutally called Topman offically. But I just left the ones that couldn't be translated that wouldn't refer to an English word like アモナキュール(Amonakyu-ru). I think those ways of translating should be unificated.

It'd be nice if the cheats worked with BN6, good thing that most ncp hacks can mimic the effects lost from the e reader.

I saw he video of E-Reader tournament here,but,they are professionals?really,people know to do better folders than thiers.

@012yArthur0: They are not professionals but the two persons that are fighting in the video was the champion on either the Fukuoka, Nagoya, Oosaka, Tokyo, or Sapporo(all of these are the names of places in Japan) tournament and is the top 2 out of the 5 champions. I don't know how many people joined the tournament but I can at least say that there were more than 100 people for each tournament.
I think the chips were very well constructed for both of them since support chips and the attack chips were very well balanced. It might look as though putting strong chips would make the folder stronger but when it comes to fighting against players, chips need to be more thought out and chips like support chips will become very demanded and chips that are not so strong that we don't normally use like air racket will in some cases be needed like as for using area garb, taking killer cross off, or taking the aura off of the opponent

I looked through the program in question, and if translated, could be a very useful program, since the save editor's functions are very complete.
I'd say the only issue I have is I have no idea how to backwards mod into a program and find what offsets it loads to.
Edit: I know the editor listed has the following features that could be semi useful
Subcard editor, Key item editor, Navicust editor Libary editor
Still experimenting.
