I think we need a topic for stuff like this. Post any you have, and I'll add them to the list

For a Falzar ROM
 
Airspin:
Time it takes from when mega's animation begins, to when the airspin thing comes out
Falzar: 080EDCF6
Gregar: 080ED036
Note: High speeds (low values) will stop the actual attack from happening)


080EBFA0 - Byte here controls the speed of "Vulcan"

080EC656 - Byte here controls the speed of FBeast's buster
080EC640 - Byte here seems to control the attack that comes out of the buster.

08016400 - Byte here controls the speed of the enemy appear sequence

080E8BB3 - Byte here controls the speed of the Meteorknuckle attack. Default - 8C.****

080EB998 - Range of Step Widesword
Range Values, credit to brianuuu


080EBAD8 - Sprite of Step Wide Sword
Sprite Values, credit to brianuuu


Number of Bullets in Vulcan


080EEA5E - Number of Slashes in Antisword

****For all speed bytes excluding Meteorknuckle, lower values make the attack go faster, and higher ones make it go slower.

When you say this:

do you mean the bullet? Like a yoyo can come out of it or a minibomb?

I've played around with it, but not many values work. I did manage to get the middle one to be a train arrow.

080eb508: Value controls speed of megabuster delay, default is 04 (less wait is lower more wait higher. This is for normal shot not charge
