RPG Maker Ace? Gotta win!
This is the official Yu-Gi-Oh RP Game rules!

How it works:

  • You will need to have a deck made at http://yugiohcardmaker.net/
  • You will need to know basic 4th grade math skills
  • A decent memory
  • Fairly made cards
  • The decency to read the rules carefully

Before the duel starts:
1. You will need to order all your cards 1-40. You are only allowed 40 cards in your deck.
This is how you order your cards

This step has a few exceptions including fusion monsters and syncro. These will remain out of your deck and out of the side. These will have the order FF-FF. These do not count to your deck total as well.

2. After having at MOST 40 cards, tell your opponent your deck amount.

3. When your opponent recieves the deck amount, and so do you, head to this website http://www.random.org/integer-sets/
Quick on how to use this

4. Present the order of numbers to your opponent. You may screen shot if you wish. This process will now randomize the cards. When you draw, these are the numbers the correspond to the card number.

For example, at the start of the duel, I will draw the first 5 randomized numbers, and take the matching card numbers out. When you draw, take the next number in the list. Be sure to let your opponent know what number it is to keep track of the numbers.

This procedure ensures complete legibility of how a person plays. This will create a sense of fairness for both players during a duel. This crutial step is the easiest, yet the most difficult.

During a duel:

  • Draw 5 cards at the start of the duel.
  • The life points will now be set to either 4000 or 8000 depending on preference. Normal duels will be at 4000 life points.
  • You may decide on who goes first, usually the person who asks someone to duel goes 2nd.
  • You may;

    • Draw
    • Summon 1 Monster Normally
    • Place down any amount of traps/spells
    • Activate only quick spells

on the first turn of the duel.
  • You may;

    • Draw
    • Summon 1 Monster Normally
    • Place down any amount of traps/spells
    • Activate any type of spells.

      • Traps can only be activated on your opponents turn, or one turn after placing it face down on your field. You may not directly use after setting. The only exception is when your opponent uses a trap/spell on your turn after you place it down.

    • Attack with only Normal summoned monsters.

      • Special summoned monsters must wait one turn before attacking after summoning.
      • Tribute/Sacrifice summoned monsters must wait one turn before attacking after summoning.

on the second and any other turns of the duel.

When summoning monsters:
Summoning monsters will now be shown how it works below. This may or may not differ from the original Yu-Gi-Oh Card Game Rules.

When summoning a monster:

  • Level 4 and below monsters may be directly summoned from the hand to field and is considered a normal summon.
  • Level 5 and 6 monsters require 1 monster to be tributed/sacrificed in order to be special summoned.
  • Level 7 and 8 monsters require 2 monster(s) to be tributed/sacrificed in order to be special summoned.
  • Level 9 and 10 monsters require 3 monster(s) to be tributed/sacrificed in order to be special summoned.
  • Level 11 and 12 monsters require 4 monster(s) to be tributed/sacrificed in order to be special summoned.

When tributing/sacrificing high level monsters:

  • Level 5 and 6 monsters count towards 1 monster.
  • Level 7 and 8 monsters count towards 2 monster(s).
  • Level 9 and 10 monsters count towards 3 monster(s).
  • Level 11 and 12 monsters count towards 4 monster(s).

It's not, DSDS. Apparently you assume to much, and this is why I am starting to dislike you. Seriously, I am. This is to those who play the game and wish to play it fairly.
