Enemy Appearing Speed

Lower values make enemies appear faster
Higher values make them appear slower

I have nowhere else to post this, so I'm doing it here.

how is it not useful? it delivers what it promises, you adjust the speed which at which enemies appear... you can make it really slow or really fast.

I found a value that controls the sprite that is also loaded when megaman appears, but I'm unsure as to how the game actually determines which value corresponds to which sprite.

I wouldnt know about mov commands and whatnot, as I cant (not wont) learn asm.
