Due to unforseen circumstances, I will not be able to finish the list. anyone who wants to complete it, go ahead.

No tutorial, they are in a list. each position in the list will stay as a part of the atack it is initially when edited, so swap them around. You can find them in a hex editor.

Pretty interesting... Although we still don't know how to make new chips ._. We can only modify existing ones
and if only we could hack actual carts (i have BN3 white) and I want to own my friend on blue... my win record is like 40% :(
I run a Mass Effect 3 modding site named ME3Tweaks.com that details how to mod ME3 as well as showcasing mods for the multiplayer aspect of the game. I also developed a mod manager utility as well as an online mod creation tool named ModMaker.

in MMBN6, unfortunately not MMBN3, I've managed to repoint all of the chip data, which makes it potentially possible to create new ones, but whenever I try adding new chip data, it glitches.
I managed to make the standard library have 450 chips once, but the bottom 250 were extremely glitched

That's cause it's not actually reading real data. It's like in BN6 when you hack chips into your folder past the leftover data... PurpCapsule, I think. Or whatever the navi chips are.

no, I didnt add existing chip data, I literally typed out new data, and inserted it, not overwrote it.
