Help on the colors of a image

Is there any program that can convert palette of a image? Is it photoshop? I don't have photo so I need someone to help me.

Can someone make a palette of this image and tell me how many color does it have?

Yeah Photoshop can tell you the colors, I think it's 256, I'll tell you how to find out if you want to know. But creating the pallete, I don't know.

You go Image-> Mode -> Indexed color -> System windows -> ok. This isn't exact but if you undo it looks the same.
ahhh....I don't have Photoshop....

If you still need help with the pallete brianuuu, there a few websites that'll let you upload a picture and get a palette. I don't know how reliable they are as I haven't really tried any of them but I'm sure one of them may get the palette right. Just google something along the lines of "get the palette of a picture". Once again I can't say they're reliable but hey you never know.
