RPG Maker Ace? Gotta win!
|
GUESS WHAT?! I FIND OUT LIKE THE COOLIOISTIC THING EVER! So like okay boys and girls, after some shitty homework a few days ago, me and Tim where discussing how our next version of our patch is. So like I was cool and so I began my process of work of making the chips. So as I was going through and brain storming some ideas I found how to make Arm Power ups. Yes, quite interesting really. Okay now story time is over, let's get to work. Open up your memory Viewer on your VBA. If you don't know where that is, gtfo off this topic. After opening that shit up, unless you want to make these changes permanent, I suggest you pick ANY standard chip you want to use as the the Arm Power up. For this guide I will be replacing WaveArm1. Now type in this code if your only going to experiment because this will bring up WaveArm1's chip address. WaveArm1 - 08022D62 Now you got that shit open, you should see all of it's sub levels and stuff. Now starting from the third row on the first digit, of course that would be the chip itself, work in this code. As you progress for all of you "expert" hackers that may have memorized this code, it is indeed BgDthThunder. The code: 15 8A 00 26 00 04 22 01 This is the EXACT code to activate BgDthThunder. Ahem, now let's begin changing that shit. Notice the last 4 strings? (22 01) Well, they will form the chips changes. 22 is the Arm Power up which I will make a list below here. The list will consist most of what I can find but the real importance right now is to get to know what you know what this can do. Of course if you have me and Tim's patch, you should know exactly what happens. Notice how the 01 just juts itself out there. Why would I include such a useless string? Well son, this forms your all so special HubDNA or HubBatc. Ironically I used this as a replacement for BigHook in our currect version of out patch. But we don't need to get into that just right now. 03:Falzar Buster(Note when you shoot, hold B and you will use his 3 row buster) 04:Gregar Buster(Must Hold in Button after first shot to get auto buster) 05:Quick charge cannon 06:Flame Thrower 07:Gregar Breath 08:Aqua Beast Cyclone 09:Elec Beast Breath 0A:Tengu Beast Twister 0B:Elec Cross Arm 0C:Aqua Cross Arm 0D:Super Spread(Doesn't end) 0E:Throw a Air Spin that hits a lot 0F:Tengu Cross Arm 12:Slash Cross Arm 13:Slash Beast Slash 14:Erase Beam 15:Erase Beast Tail 16:Tomahawk Slash 17:Charge Cross Dash 19:Ground Cross Drill 1A:Fast X-Slash 1C:Charge Beast Blast 1E:Double Beast Slash 22:Thunder 23:Fire Arm 24:Needle Arm 25:Pulse Arm 26:Boomer Arm 28:Dust Reborn 32:Wide Sword 33:Long Sword 34:Proto Shield 35:Machine Gun Arm 39:3 Row Bass Gun 3A:Bass Wheel Arm 54:M-Cannon 55:Ice Cube 56:Throw Grass Seed 57:Panel Grab 58:Throw a damaging flash bomb 59:Scarecrow 5A:Spreader 5B:Throw Ice Seed 5C:Step Sword 5D:Blizzard Ball(Time Stops) 5E:Time Bomb 5F:Aqua Spread 60:Lance 62:Popcorn Shot 63:Sand Worm 64:Elec Sword 65:Big Bomb 66:Vulcan 67:Voodoo Dolls 68:Wood Sword 69:Wind Rack 6A:Grab Banish 6B:Super Vulcan 6C:Gun Del Sol(Django!) 6D:Blood Rain(?!) 6E:Z-Saber 71:Perm. Invisible(Ninja!) 74:Heat Shot 75:Yo-Yo 78:Heat Burner 7D:Mini Bomb 7F:Twister 81:Panel Shoot 84:Circle Gun 85:Drill Arm 87:One Time Use Fan 8A:Dark Sword 91:Wide Shot 92-FF:Charge Attack Freezes Game (Made by beastfang) Edited by Other Kris, Mar 28 2010, 08:02 PM.

While this will sound rude, just a hint. Chip family 15 is time freeze and 26 is the level mod to Arm busters. Also Old news is old news. The 01 effects if it costs bug frags or not, so for being useless it really isn't. Also if you just found this, Tim's guide on Navi Cust hacking had it listed in 2008 on page 2. |

I'll share one more hint. The 22 is the attack value. You can notice this by the fact the only difference from Lightning and Bugsword is 21 and 22. Bugsword's attack is at 22. My last hint is this, you cannot edit the damage of these attacks via their chip. |

Well for anyone else out there who doesn't go page hunting like I do, it's right here. Seriously lol. Who goes to: "Tim's guide on Navi Cust hacking had it listed in 2008 on page 2." to find things. Maybe if I was hinted to this I would have found out this earlier and would have at least left it alone. |

is it actually in somewhere like "Tim's guide on Navi Cust hacking had it listed in 2008 on page 2." cause I'm pretty sure Zanerus made the discovery himself (probably not the first person to) but I couldn't find this stuff anywhere before Zanerus came along. |

MY POINT EXACTLY. Until someone told you where it was, you would have never known this. But look, I made my own guide. RIGHT HERE. OMG. |
