Im not going into much detail as to how these programs work, this video will help you find your way sprite importer: ~double click a sprite from the sprite list to add it as frame. ~adding an animation to the sprite list loads every frame from that animation. ~the last frame must either be loop animation or end animation. ~You can save projects as a folder to open later. ~double click an animation to duplicate it. Animated Mugshot maker: ~ Base mugshot must be 40x48 , each oam must be 16x16 ~ press the "+" key to toggle the oams on and off. ~ "Standard" mugshot can not have oam. ~ All mugshots must have at least 1 oam? <- not sure ~ Mugshot and oam share palettes so they must have 15 colors. =Both Programs require .NET framework 2.0 =Both programs will generate a .DMP file, add it to the game any way you want, although i recommend the sprite list viewer i made. ATTENTION PEOPLE!!!!: OVERWORLD AND BATTLE SPRITES ARE THE SAME THING!!!!! THIS PROGRAM WILL DO BOTH!!! Edited by Greiga Master, Feb 14 2010, 03:22 PM.

IT'S FINALLY HERE YEAH!!! EDIT: *Offtopic* And I was about to download some sprites from sprites ink to try the program, and noticed that sprites ink is down, cause of a virus infection. Edited by Lelouch, Dec 13 2009, 05:42 PM.

It gives some kind of "bug". When I try to import the dmp by sprite viewer, the program freezes for about 4 minutes, then says it gave a error, but when I check, the dmp was imported. And when I try to see it's frames by sprite viewer, it gives me an error and freezes. at least for me. |

The same thing goes for me. And the dump imports, its just that the game freezes upon entering battle. |

Describe the steps when using the list viewer. The video demo should have been done correctly. As for the issue about layers, that can't be fixed. The game manages its OAMs differently (or at least in a way that works) as opposed to the program. The program would have to be completely rewritten to fix that. |

Oh, ok sorry. So this is what happens: 1- I use the program, make the dmp for harpuia in battle, And save the dump. 2- I open sprite viewer list, and replace tenguman for the harpuia dmp (uncompressed). 3- The program freezes for about 4 or 5 minutes, and then it gives an error, saying about a unhandled exception, and I can't see the animation frames. However, the dmp works in game. |
