So, I finally have Noise Change. I think It is worst than Style Change. How Do you build your folder? I have Ophiuca Noise, I have a lot of Wood Chips, but no elementless chip, I can't rise noise easily in battle. The only good way is DoubleEater + Beast Slap 3.
I know I CANT spell.(can't)

IMO, Noise is better, many to choose from.

I mostly build depending on the ATK strength of the cards, not by elements.
For elements, I choose random.

In my opinion, Ophiuca is decent to good. You're suppose to use its charge shot together with Club Strong to double its damage. You should balance the rest with non-element cards like Bushido and Sword Fighter. Don't focus on the elements too much.

Also, here's some answers for those further questions from you guys (if you ignore, I shall deem you stupid)

Wing Blade's Commands: (input while the name's on the screen)
RRL - Sword Slash attack (pierces invis)
LLR - Rapid Gun shoot (does MadVulcan like splash)

Acid Ace's 2nd Slash: Press A after / during Acid's 1st slash. (the leeway time is vague, but that's the simplest I can explain it) DO NOT REPEATEDLY PRESS A!

AcidAce Slash twice? Then the V3 chip would do 440Damage, it is too much for Mega Chip.

SiriusX (got him in noise data collect) can do up to 500. But getting Acid Ace to slash twice is really hard.
I run a Mass Effect 3 modding site named ME3Tweaks.com that details how to mod ME3 as well as showcasing mods for the multiplayer aspect of the game. I also developed a mod manager utility as well as an online mod creation tool named ModMaker.

Actually Acid Ace's 2nd slash is really easy after some practice due to its huge leeway time. BTW I have Acid Ace X, what do that say? :p

I posted the V2 locations, so I hope that helped some. For V3s, just use the Cipher codes Nemo posted. Noise Frag trader is in the purple noise hole in Echo Ridge.

Are the extra roads in the Mall Event Stage and WAZA HQ accessible? I can't seem to find it.

Actually, yes. If you hug some walls as Mega Man, you might suddenly trans in somewhere. I'll tell you some locations.

1. Mall - By the thing that blocks you from going downstairs.
2. WAZA HQ - A corner by the meeting desk.
3. 1st Dealer's Hideout - A corner by the door (there's a gate that requires 3 Omega pieces to get through)

If they're wrong, sorry. I'll try to make video, if this isn't too clear.

I just bought my game yesterday, and I'm curious: What bosses do you fight in Red Joker(wanted both versions, or at least Black Ace, but I'll get the other in a few days or a week)? Also... WHAT'S THE USE OF THOSE STUPID SUPPORT CARDS?! They keep ruining my strategies and being stupid. Why did they put that system in? I don't care if I have three un-official Area Eater cards in my bottom screen right now, I don't get why they put this system in! It only seems useful in Elec or Aqua folders.

Bosses, no difference. The only significant differences are Giga exclusives (the best ones are the Blue card Gigas anyway) and Finalize form.

Screw up your strategies? Make new ones! (an advice, not a wise guy comment) Support system is what made SF3's gameplay excellent and not broken like the last 2 games. Plus, no one's forcing you to use the cards and they'll will turn to normal cards in a few turn(s).

I found the hidden warps in the studio and beach. I'm still missing 20 HP somehow...

Thanks for the beach one MRE, totally missed that somehow. As awesome as the whole CC system is, it sure is a pain to collect the HPMems >_>

I'm missing an HPMem10 over here.

Some new info, "If you previously fought them in the Meteor Server you can't fight them there anymore." So for those who wanted the suits and siblings' V2s easily, missed your chance, sorry.

@MRE: Did you decline my BM offer?

Your offer is pending. I would definitely like BBing with you. It's just that now isn't exactly the best time. I have 4 spots open and now 2 in reserve. ;)

Well, I'm SLOWLY coming to terms with the system now that I've come up with my own uses for it(and since the cards slowly decide to surface for you). But what bosses do I fight then? Checking the internet makes me bored. At least tell me all returning bosses, plox. Also, after getting Crown Noise, I was saddened to see you CAN ONLY HAVE ONE NOISE AT A TIME. In order to reclaim Wolf Noise, willI have to continuously battle hordes of viruses until the noises cycle back to the chosen one I want(or will want in da futah?)?

Actually, you can hold 2. A noise in Astro Waves 1 (should be by the 1st turn) can let you return back and forth with your last noise. Yes, they were smart to return to BN2's Style storage. The background system acts like the running out of cards system in 1 & 2. So the more damage you cause, chances are more cards rise up. If you did nil to none, less cards, or worse, none (situation can occur when you get bro cards).

I should make an FAQ, too many repeated questions >_> (2 noises)

Bosses in order (might be off by 1 or so):
Spoiler: click to toggle

@MRE: Really? I didn't think so since I fell in half of your lowered priority scale. I guess I'll put you in reserve. Thanks!

For those on Wifi and asking "WTF is null?", that indicates how many times that person D/Ced via turning of DS. Instead of penalty via actual game characters, they let the players decide whether to fight the person with the nulls or not. I accidentally found out because I over-estimated my DS's battery life xD

No problem, I already got 8-stars and answered so many questions that I don't even care anymore. And to think, in a few months I'll be obsolete again >_>
