When I use the Chip Editor and replace the image it comes out blank.

Uhh... Refer to the hacking help forum then. The chip editor's technically unrelated to this. But since we're on the subject: Chance is there's too many colors. Make sure there's 17 colors including transparent.

Stop using this guide and use the program for importing chip images.
its always good to know how to actually do things before you use tools otherwise we'll all turn stupid...

It would be like everyone knowing how cellphones work and how to build their own before they should be allowed to call people. The programs take away work you really did not need to know to begin with :|

of course, not everyone should have to know how something like a cellphone works, but if they are interested, they can learn. same with hacking. You don't NEED to know, but it's nice anyway...but still use the program, there's no point in doing it manually unless you are learning how to.

Heh, some people are using calculators, while some people are still using slide rules. Some people likes listen musing from compact discs, while other from LP records. There is no reason to lock this.
