So i really wanted to make the game sound diferent and searched like crazy on some place i had found after looking a lot in the values of the songs and used search function to find a value of 15 whch is virus battle theme and it took me to a value that tells what music is being played then kept scrolling like 7 times and put it in 32 bites then i found an adress i followed it and it took me to the place where the music was then kept scrolling and found all of the music adresses how did i know they were? well i tested many of them by changing single value and figured out hat the game froze after an amount of time the music was being played. Ok so we will have to start with virus battle as an example if you have gregar this will be esier for you to follow. Paste this adresses to your memory viewer . Virus battle theme 0819F0EC - Gregar US sorry no falzar yet first things first you should see this in you memory viewer. ![]() that is the adress for the virus theme. Red Box : it's the Channel count this tells how many channells can be played i guess this works like the sound function that VBA has that le's you turn on and off some channels which are the following adresses in green. Green Box : This are actual adresses that take you to the especific music channels you can modify them if you follow the adress that are given in the green box. so you want to know how to mix songs? well this works like attack hacking or attack sequence hacking like when you change a navi's move for another from some other navi. the same happens if you change those adresses, there you will have the channel from that song playing in that especific song. This is how the normal virus theme sounds. Normal Virus theme. so we have to work to make it sound prettymuch like this. New Virus Theme so on you memory viewer you are seeing this ![]() i put numbers to show you which adresses are which. to get an idea on what sounds like what in your memory viewer there is a a function that lets you turn off some channels of music which is options>sound> you should find. -channel 1 -channel 2 -channel 3 -channel 4 -drect sound A -direct sound B the interesting part is that they are in order from the second adress labeled 2 which is channel 1 and so on... an what i modified in the modified virus theme was channels 3 and 4 which is adress 4 and 5. Ok i will start by telling you what i did on channel 4 first. copy the 4th adress to another memory viewer which is: 0819E68C after you have done that you will see this in yor memory viewer. ![]() Blue Box : This tells how fast does that channel go. Orange : this tells what type of sound the channel makes. Green : This tells how much volume can you hear from the left side of your head phone or speaker yeah interesting. Yellow : Tells how much volume can you hear from the right side of your speaker. Aparently i figured out that changing the Orange box to something else changes the type of sound you hear so you have to change it to a value in 8 bt in hex! in this case i changed it to a 1A to make the sound-sound diferent. incredibly thats all i did on channel 3! Now next is channel 4 i will tell you what i did so all you have to do is look at the highlighted adress in Red in the memory viewer. ![]() as you see the adress 0819BBED is a Direct sound A that means this adress cntains the mains sound in this song which in this case is the judge tree computer. On channel 4 all i did was copy the exact highlighted adress in the last picture to adress 5 which is Channel 4 to make it sound a bit like it isn't it great? ![]() here is a picture on how yor Memory should look now. if you followed along and changed the right values at the right adressesyou should now be listening to the posted link on the New Virus theme link. Ok so far i got all the adresses for all the songs from Gregar sorry about falzar i will do those later. 081930A0 = No Music 08190670 = Main Theme 08190C38 = WWW Theme 08191E9C = Cyber City Theme 081924F8 = Indoors Theme 081930A0= School Theme 08193EE8 = Seaside Town Theme 08195184 = Sky Town Theme 081959DC = Green Town Theme 0819618C = Graveyard Area Theme 081971A0 = Mr. Weather Comp Theme 08197690 = Event Occurance 08197D70 = Crisis Theme 0819848C = Sad Theme 08198EF4 = Hero Theme 0819921C = Jack In! 0819A344 = Robo Control Comp 0819AF70 = Aquarium Comp 0819BE48 = Judge Tree Comp 0819D0A8 = Network Theme 0819DEB0 = Undernet Theme 0819F0EC = Virus Battle 081A07AF = Boss Battle 081A1DD0 = CyberBeast Battle 081A2C4C = Pavilion Theme 081A315C = Results 081A38B8 = Loser 081A3C30 = Game Over 081A4484 = Boss Encounter Theme 081A6C74 = Credits 081A6C74 = Navi Customizer Theme 081A8318 = Results (short version) 081A983C = Pavilion Comp 081AA09C = Theme of the CyberBeasts 081AADEC = Crossover Battle Theme 081AB458 = Panic Theme 081AC6F0 = ACDC Town 081ACC6C = Expo Theme These will be the Falzar offsets. 08196220 = No Music 0818EB20 = Main Theme 0818F0E8 = WWW Theme 0819034C = Cyber City Theme 081909A8 = Indoors Theme 08191550 = School Theme 08192398 = Seaside Town Theme 08193634 = Sky Town Theme 08193E8C = Green Town Theme 0819463C = Graveyard Area Theme 08195650 = Mr. Weather Comp Theme 08195B40 = Event Occurance 08196220 = Crisis Theme for some weird reason it also has to do with the first offset of no music O.o 0819693C = Sad Theme 081973A4 = Hero Theme 081976CC = Jack In! 081987F4 = Robo Control Comp 08199420 = Aquarium Comp 0819A2F8 = Judge Tree Comp 0819B558 = Network Theme 0819C360= Undernet Theme 0819D59C = Virus Battle 0819EC5C= Boss Battle 081A0280 = CyberBeast Battle 081A10FC = Pavilion Theme 081A160C = Results 081A1D68 = Loser 081A20E0 = Game Over 081A2934 = Boss Encounter Theme 081A5124 = Credits 081A6500 = Navi Customizer Theme 081A67C8 = Results (short version) 081A7CEC = Pavilion Comp 081A854C = Theme of the CyberBeasts 081A929C = Crossover Battle Theme 081A9908 = Panic Theme 081AABA0 = ACDC Town 081AB11C = Expo Theme 08196220 = Blank again weirdly linked to the first offset and the chrisis theme... even though i got this to work right and all that i still have to figure out the way to make sound-sound diferent this covers the music only but not the sounds. i hope you have fun with this and new stuff for trez now im looking forward to listening to your remixes people! ![]() AND THATS ALL FOLKS! I just found there is an easier way to do this. I was going through VBA and I found that When you go to Options, you can go to Sounds and start turning off and on Channels of music. |
