@mgamerz: yes, I know most of those offsets are the appear, deleted...etc data, but Falzar has an extra offset or two there, and I was fiddling with those. |

There was a list for Gregar but it must have gotten lost again. The best way to find the same data in Gregar would be to search for sets of data that must be identical in both games. |

there's a working formula for me. For navi attacks in Gregar, go to them in Falzar and add 1328 in hex. For attacks that aren't for navis, such as 080EXXXX, 080BXXXX, etc., still add 1328, but it's there. Just like one and a half or so lines down. |

Ugh... I can't get one of the attacks to work, I'm using 32 bit mode, And I'm not 100% sure how to change the 16 Bit into 32 bit, The game just freezes.. I'm trying to add the ElecPulse attack, But the 32-Bit one just pops up, And stays there forever, While the 16 Bit one just freezes. I think... Little help? (This topic's not dead, Right?) |

it could be because the attack you are trying to give him is incompatible with the navi. it could also be cause you are not inputting it correctly. tell me/us exactly what you are doing, and it will be easy to help. |

i want to change protoman's attack 080FC303 into 08103477 ie colonel army but when i changed it nothing happened and when colonel does the attack the game FREEZES Edit: i also tried to change his attack 080FC7E7 into Bass rake 081023A1 the game also freezes can u tell me wat i did wrong? I'm having the same problem as Evil Megaman. I'm playing Gregar(U) and I'm using the offsets for Blastman on the front page but I added 1328 to each value I changed. About 98% of the values I added froze or lagged the game really bad. Do some attacks not work with some navis or is it something else? |

Incompatible moves.
You may add 1328, and it may be right, but that only works with regular navi moves. Outside moves like AirHockey and DrillArm are down a little bit more. No one said all attacks are contained in the same amount of bytes.
Sure it is. You're hacking a navi's set attacks it can use. That is editing its AI. Therefore you can use the AI mod cheat to retrieve an AI you made into a navi, and temporarily put it into another using the cheat. Edited by timaeus222, Apr 19 2010, 05:59 PM.
