Anyone has different opinions. Megaman is my favorite game. I like it a lot. |

The games of MegaMan series are also my favourite ones, but I'm saying that an object won't make me forget or solve any psychological problems. Those can only be solved by other people, specially friends. That's why I told Mgamerz to get help from his friends or make new friends that can help him. |

... Agro, you make it sound so easy... and pathetic. What everything thinks is that to end it just think about something else. And to quit smoking, you just stop lighting the cigarettes. Get real. |

Depression isn't addicting, smoking is if you get into it. Dude, you have to talk to your friends. If they're really your friends they should understand why you're so down and they would probably want to hear it if you actually say "You guys, seriously. I'm having a really rough time right now I really just need somebody to talk to." It works even better if you can tell this to a girl, they understand more. If you said it's because you don't talk to people anymore then do exactly what I just said. If that doesn't work, try and keep yourself occupied. Do homework, try to find different things to hack in Megaman. Try and beat a video game. Start a new Halo 2 file on Legendary and try and beat the first mission by yourself. Go outside and play with some friends or your neighbours. Study if you need to. Watch some TV, spend some time with your family. Take some chances. Don't stay at home thinking about how depressed you are and how it'll never get better or how bad it is right now. Keep yourself occupied. If you do this, you'll go to bed thinking "Man that was a great day. I should do this more often. It was alot of fun." |

My friends are all females, my old friends no longer exist. Depression isn't addicting, smoking is if you get into it. It isn't addicting. It becomes you. And I do try to keep myself occupied, but I just feel empty inside. I have to force myself to be depressed or I just don't feel like a human. I feel like a body with no soul. |

It only becomes you if you let it. Tell your female friends about it, they will most likely understand. |

Typical Typical Sexism... I did before. And I was turned away somewhat. One of the last things that seems to be hurting me is a friendship I screwed up without even knowing. Tomorrow is a do or die time for the friendship. I said something and meant nothing bad about it but they thought I did. I guess I need to fix it before Thursday because after Wednesday night, I won't be the same. |

Typical sexism? Are you joking? The only people I can tell things to are girls because the guys don't care. That aint sexism, it's experience. Why won't you be the same after Wednesday night? |

Because something will happen. The sexism against guys is that they have no feelings, or must be so strong that they will not show them, and the sexism against girls is that they are super emotional and love to talk about feelings. Some is true but most of it isn't. Ugh. The farther you distance yourself from social stuff, the more you see how screwed up our society really is. |

The one thing everyone here except for Ryuusei (I think. Too lazy to look at all the names) (Had to edit and copy paste your name so I had it right. Two U's.) is that nobody seems to know that Depression can't just go away on a whim. It becomes you, like two wires twisted together that need to be pulled apart. In Depression you see everything bad about human existance and how dark reality really is. Because you can't stop thinking. When you run out of things to do, your mind won't idle. It goes to negativity, because that just never has an end to it. I think it's part of the subconscious letting the negative part of your brain work. At night, 95% of things in the brain (dreams) are negative. The subconscious blocks your memory from knowing that, most of the time. I think Depression MIGHT be that like... not working like it should, or something. Even though the biology and stuff say otherwise, i think it might have to do with that. Or something. Depression doesn't only affect your mind. It affects your body too. There is a phrase in Spanish, it says: "Mente sana, cuerpo sano" (Healthy mind, healthy body). And boys can also understand feelings, just that most of them don't talk about emotions a lot, but with one of my male friends I can talk about everything. I hope you save your friendship, Mgamerz. (And don't worry about misspelling my name, I don't really care) |

Yeah. I do too. Maybe someday I'll let you people read my myspace "nightmare" blog. Then some of you might understand how deep Depression seems to go to the mind. ~FYI your right Ryuusei. I have Insomnia, and it comes with Depression. I don't sleep much and am always tired. I'm easily pissed off and sometimes just am pissed off at nothing at all. ~Synthetic Anger~ I also don't eat much and don't find things fun anymore. Hacking even kinda bores me. Which I'm sure is bad for TREZ ![]() Edit: Anyways, I'm off to write my note. Hope it goes well but I shouldn't expect forgiveness. The less you expect, the less being let down you have. ~Give Everything and Expect Nothing, that way you can be surprised when rewarded and never let down.~ ~Mgamerz Edited by Mgamerz, Jan 19 2009, 08:42 PM.

Yeah. So today was the start of the new semester. Had to drop Health Zero Hour because the teacher was a b**** and wouldn't let me out so I could make it to Tech Bus so I dropped it. Gave that note to Angela but it didn't go like I expected. She missed the Tech Bus barely, so that pretty much stymied my plans. I had to just give it to her later. And tomorrow I have to go to the Psychotherapist I'm getting Anti-Depressants and Sleeping Aids. I don't like the idea of it changing who I am A drug Mismatch and they don't solve the problems that made me this way in the first place ![]() So... Yeah. Today has been a roller coaster of good and bad :/ |

I hope you get a good answer from Angela when she reads your note. I don't know if medicaments help a lot, but they should do. And if you don't want to change, I think you won't. You will still be the same. |

Yeah Angela came around again. So it's better. But the Psychotherapist's appointment didn't go well. At all. My parents decided to start arguing instead. That was fun. |
