^A 1 vs 7 Battle of Epic Proportions^

Explaination of the Hack

Normally, a battle only lets you have a max of four navi's on one side, as enemy or ally. With this hack, you will be able to place up to eight on the field, like normal, but you can change the side amount to over the limit. It can go up to 8 vs 0, which would in most cases be useless unless you did something to make it useful to you, such as having a mini series where one character goes traitorous, as with this hack you can make Navi's change sides at any time.
The only downside is that when deleted, they act like the side they were originally on. So if you kill all original enemies, the battle ends. Sometimes, the navi's don't turn and face correctly, such as Bass's cape being backwards and Elementman's element ring not flipping behind him. Elecman also has problems moving. This hack will change the RAM status of them, and they will immediately switch to whatever side you assign their slot to.

Skills you will need to follow this guide are minimal. You need to know how to use cheats and be able to set up 8 navi's in one battle, and a good amount of patience. If you follow this guide, it should take you about 30 minutes to complete this guide.

Without further ado, lets begin.
I use the MMBN6 Alternate Hacking Guide, because I do not like to fiddle with ACDC area, I prefer a battle I can use without modifying. I'll give you an excerpt so you can save yourself some time.

Aquaman/Heatman V1
Aquaman/Heatman EX
Aquaman/Heatman SP

I'm using my patch, MMBN6.1 8.0b, so the looks will be different but the outcomes will be the same.

I'm doing the SP battle of Aquaman, so my memory viewer before any edits will look like this:
Posted Image

We are going to do a battle of enemy Judgemen and one Colonel,(Which when all defeated, the battle will end), and two allied protomen and bassBX who will become traitors to you. Beware, this battle you most likely won't win because of the BX and the Colonel with protoman, but if you tweak it up a bit it'll work to suit your level.
I'll provide the changed data for you so you don't have to do endless amounts of work to get them.

^The SP battle has been changed^

In the accompany video, your team is just owning the other guys. But we'll change that.
Mega Rock.exe
Change Alliance Code

3203AA9E 00XX (Slot 1) ENEMY
3203AB76 00XX (Slot 2) ENEMY
3203AC4E 00XX (Slot 3) ENEMY
3203AD26 00XX (Slot 4) ENEMY

3203ADFE 00XX (Slot 5) ALLY
3203AED6 00XX (Slot 6) ALLY
3203AFAE 00XX (Slot 7) ALLY

To make it easier to copy paste, here you go:
Code:

3203AA9E 00XX
3203AB76 00XX
3203AC4E 00XX
3203AD26 00XX

3203ADFE 00XX
3203AED6 00XX
3203AFAE 00XX

XX values are

00 for ally side
01 for enemy side

We want them to all be enemies, so just copy paste the whole code and put 01 in all the XX's. As soon as you do, your allies will become traitors and try to kill you, so beware or you may die a fast and shameful death.

^The Codebreaker codes inserted into the cheats list^
Now, if play the battle, they will switch and it will become insanely harder.
If you restart the battle, the game treats them as enemies from the start, as they will load in as enemies but still be treated as half allies. The end of the accompany video shows how to make the battle better.

And that's all there is to it. Remove one or two of the codes to make it a 6v2 or 5v3 battle, or switch the enemy switch to an ally switch to take on a superpowered enemy.

Perfect! You've made a great guide here. You are good at this, I can tell.
One thing to note is that I can make a simple cheat that changes what battle you encounter. So this would make it so you can continue to use one battle address, and make the encountered battle point to the one you want.

Well, if you request guides that I can and will do, I'll see if I make one :)
Right now I'm going to use this guide to try and make a thing I wanted to make a long time ago but couldn't. If it works, this will be a epic... well maybe epic battle of epic proporions.

Bah, it didn't work. When you make a cloned megaman switch sides he becomes 'Enemy Megaman' and not just 'Megaman'. So it didn't work.

You forgot to highlight the part for the ProtoMen in the Memory Viewer. Almost screwed me up there if I didn't see the difference!

I don't think an award is necessary for such an achievement.

From now on, look at the latest post date. It is also shown on the right side of the page before you click to view the topic.

Nevertheless, I'd like to sneak in this super old video I've had of a success with the guide which I forgot to post at the moment this guide was finished. :/

*Checks* Wut? The video was made before the guide? :O
