When I browse the folder that the ROM is in, it won't show up, and when I tired searching for it by copying the name of the ROM, it says that it doesn't exists. |

Open the .GBA file just like you do with VBA when you click 'Open' From the File Menu. Nothing should change graphcially, excluding what Serenade said about the name. Nothing will come up until you tell it to. |

When im editing the panels, It isnt working properly. It never shows the result of the colors i want. Is there something I should be doing ? I got the sprite the color i wanted but the panel's colors remained the same (this is for mmbn5ToC). Edit : Nevermind.. I found the cause of it. I had to encounter a new battle inorder for the stage edits to appear. Will post link on it later. Edits again.. : Here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ov-dpGp2m8s |

Thanks! Ah! That just happens sometimes. Either you ARE wrong, or it has something to do with the fact you loaded you VBA first, then the APE on the Rom. Nice colors BTW! Black Megaman FTW! @ Megarock: What do you mean? A purplish fill of a color? Got a pic? |

![]() I am attempting to load the battlefield palette. I have already successfully found palettes (and bookmarked them). But jumping to offsets don't seem to work. |

You can't seem to jump to ANY offsets? That's werid. Well, there in your pic, those ones that have a purplish fill-in, are wrong. Either those colors are wrong, or they just dont appear. Try swaping them, if that don't work, I don't know what to tell you. I don't really have many problems Palette Editing. BTW, make sure you useing the correct offsets for the correct game. |

Yeah for a while I wasn't but even that didn't work. So I am to swap all the incorrect colors for the right ones? Then what are the random colors that were brought up? |

Dunno. But maybe try downloading APE agian? Jeez, sorry Im not that much help, but like I said, I dont have many problems
And MAKE SURE, that you open the rom you want to edit with APE before opening it with VBA. Sometimes, werid things will happen. Like says there is no palette when you goto search for one even though you have all the Colors right.. |
