I've updated this a bit. I made the beginning a bit easier to read (Page Breaks), and updated a few spelling errors.
I run a Mass Effect 3 modding site named ME3Tweaks.com that details how to mod ME3 as well as showcasing mods for the multiplayer aspect of the game. I also developed a mod manager utility as well as an online mod creation tool named ModMaker.

IT used to be 'FRZ GAME TIME', but then when you selected your chips in your folder, it said 'Choose a game as a regular game!', because it was copying and pasting the text from there. Don't ask how, I have no clue. So I made it chip...

Hey Mgamerz, how can I save these changes? When I close the game (emulator) and open it again, those values in memory viewer are back to original. There's "Save" button, but I don't know what address and size I have to put in.
Battle is my forte...

You need to do it in the Hex Editor.

No, you don't need a hex editor... Just save your game with the save in the games menu, and do a state (Shift+F1, Then F1 to load it) and it should work fine. Rearranging your folder will change it though.

You can't, that's chip hacking. Chip hacking is alot more confusing though.
