Great, I'll put it up there. I'm thinking of posting a new ROM that I made with some fixed desciptions. |

don't hack anything over DO, because that's either: Link Navi Chips, and they won't work for you and The area past them is NOT, NOT, NOT CHIP DATA. It'll totally freeze your game. PRP, Pink, and that other capsule after Z-Saver, I don't htink work. LOL, i keep getting them mixed up. Your right, it's BF 9a. I had one in my folder the whole time. |

It's right before Beastout. I think it's right after PA's. Or before them, I dunno. Also, I'm wondering what makes the chip desciption on damaged or incomplete chips. In Translexation, I can't see anything that makes them come up with that. Bat Can1: 9A 9D Others don't work with the asterisk code. Bat Can 4 takes the Z code, 99. (or 19) |

Glad I could help. Now, If I can just get MREXE to help me hack chips, maybe I can make it so you can assign a chip code to PRP, Pink, (healball(doubtful)). Tango, Beat, And Rush don't work becausse they only work when called by a certain object. So no code.

Hacking MMBN4 is a lot trickier. If you edit a chip to say, Cannon, but its in D code, the folder is gone. It need to be a valid code for every chip. |

That's the same for this. If you don't do it right, it'll freeze when you try to edit it again, and you'll have to start over, and I bet you won't save during the middle of it. |

When I tried to do it, te memory viewer came up with completely different 'digits'. I changed my chip to cannon * and it didn't change. It's confused me to hell

Its all universal. JP and ENG both work with the given value. Also, sometimes chips will appear as not being in the folder when they are hacked in. |

Yes, sometimes they do. For the DarkChips(BN6.0), you must use a * code. |

I mean if you have an empty space, and hack a chip into it, it wont count as a chip being in the folder. This is because the chips that appear in the folder as a result of hacking run on the ID of the chip that was modified. Thats why you can have a folder full of Giga chips. If you modify an empty space into a chip, the game STILL thinks its an empty space. To fix this, you just need to put a valid chip, like cannon, into the folder legitimately. THEN hack it. |
